Forms of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
It is important that you as a candidate understand the Forms of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) offered by Eduvos to make sure that you are selecting the right pathway/route for your goals.
FORMS OF RPL (Available at Eduvos)
| Form | Purpose |
|---|---|
| RPL for Credits | Used to provide for the awarding of credits for the purpose of completing a qualification when a student changes study programmes or institutions; or for advanced standing/exemption from modules/course making up a qualification. |
| RPL for Access | Into an Eduvos qualification for those who do not meet the formal minimum requirements for admission to the qualification. |
| RPL for Advancement (Career Progression) | For recognition and promotion in the workplace. RPL for Advancement (Career Progression) provides an alternative access route to employment by an employer when a candidate does not have the requisite qualifications, skills or competencies for a specific job or occupation, and advancement within an organisation for the same reason. |
