Career Questions (CAAS)
Career adaptability explains the ability you have to be able to adapt to changes in your current and future career. We look at your 1) career concern, 2) career control, 3) career curiosity and 4) career confidence.
Occupational Interest Profile (OIP)
The OIP is a psychometric assessment that measures your personality and career interest. More specifically, we look at 1) how you interact with people, 2) how you think, 3) and how you cope as well as 4) your specific career interest areas and suggested study directions.
The enneagram is a type indicator that looks at our fundamental personality types of human nature and our interrelationships. This provides insight into how we can be expected to react in various environments. Deeply insightful and eye opening.
